TO SWIM

  • Building confidence in the water for your child will be our priority

  • Sessions will work on improving technique, swim fitness and skills

  • Fun, Energetic swim session whilst learning how to swim for triathlon

  • Max 3 to a lane at any time to ensure every child receives high-end coaching

  • Competency Level: Minimum of 50m Front Crawl

 

TO CYCLE

* Balance, Confidence and Technique will be our focus in the bike element

* Building Balance will generate the confidence to ride

* Improved confidence will allow us to progress basic technique

* Techniques that will become ingrained for life

* Practicing transition techniques/ getting on/ getting off the bike

* All great fun with our Triathlon Specific Bike Sessions.



TO RUN

* Fun, Energetic sessions incorporating technique and fitness

* Running Drills to improve technique and engrain long-term technique

* An hour of training that the kids will love at some of the most beautiful locations Guernsey has to offer.


 

Our aim is simple: to get as many children and young people as possible involved in the world of triathlon and multi-sport. Triathlon will motivate and inspire your children as it involves swimming, cycling, running and the fourth discipline… transition!

Our workshops will give children of all abilities the encouragement, skills, confidence and opportunities to live active and healthy lives through active play.

Whether your child is a novice or a competitive young athlete already, there is something here for everyone.

These coaching sessions are open to children aged 7 – 14 years old, and the emphasis is on enjoyment and having fun!
