The TRI Fitness 1-2-1 Triathlon Training Package will: 

  • Establish a consultation with your coach to establish contact and build rapport from the outset
  • Deliver through agreement with your coach, a goal setting plan for the 12 months ahead
  • Deliver you a weekly rolling, 12 month phased training plan
  • Provide you with a Strength & Conditioning Plan to compliment your triathlon training
  • Daily Contact with your coach as you require
  • 1 Hour of Personal Triathlon Coaching every month
  • Continual Analysis & Review to ensure the training/recovery balance is maintained.

What you can expect from your bespoke training package with TRI Fitness:

  • A structured educated program that will help you understand how to train for triathlon
  • Increased Strength levels through our Strength For Triathlon Program
  • Increased Swim/Bike/Technical improvements through your personal coaching sessions
  • Continual Improvement in your fitness levels, witness this through your benchmark testing
  • A great interaction with your coach that will make your training fun, hard, challenging but overall massively rewarding!
